- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- How and when will my bag/s ship?
I will ship your purchase via USPS priority mail within 2 or 3 weeks of your payment (Pansy Maiden bags are made just for you, right after you make your order--hot off the iron) with delivery confirmation.
Please consider I am not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Insurance and/or faster shipping methods are always available--just ask at time of purchase.
I'm happy to ship internationally via USPS First Class International Mail. This shipping method takes 5-14 days to arrive once I ship. Faster delivery methods are available but costly. Custom fees are your responsibility.- What About Refunds and Exchanges?
Each one of my bags is made with the utmost care and the best materials around. I stand behind my designs, construction, and fabric choice 100%. That having been said, I understand the need for a return every now and then for whatever reason.
I will accept returns on a case-by-case basis for exchange only up to 7 days after you receive the item. I will process this exchange once I receive your returned item and see that it is in good condition. If the item is not in good condition (eligible for re-sell), I will return the item to you and no exchange will take place.
Custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
Item must not be soiled and cannot have been machine or hand washed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the buyer is returning because of a construction defect.
I will not accept a return for a bag that was damaged by the post office--please let me know at the time of purchase if you would like to buy insurance to protect yourself from this possibility. My shipping costs do not include insurance.

There's nothing more satisfying than making someone's vision of a bag become a reality. If you would like a custom bag, just send me an email so we can begin the process. It will take me 3-4 weeks to complete your order. If you need it faster, let me know and I will see what I can do. Custom orders carry a 20% fee since they take a little more time.
